Your Priority Responder: What Makes Them Valuable?

A priority responder (PR) is one of the most critical resources for a commercial fire or water loss. Their goal and purpose for such an event include:

• getting an emergency action plan agreed upon
• being there in our customers time of need
• helping with started emergency services
