What is it?

Our facility is licensed to properly inspect your home for mold growth by utilizing a specially-developed protocol.

Our technicians first perform a visual inspection including photo documentation of any and all mold growth. If the initial inspection uncovers anything, no further testing is necessary because any present mold must be removed and remediated. If necessary, surface and air samples are taken from every room in addition to a laboratory report explaining the findings.

What comes next?

After receiving the results, one of our inspectors sits down with the customer to explain them along with all steps we took during the inspection. We also provide an estimate including the steps we take to remove and treat the mold with their associated costs.
